Great location, a quieter part of Tokyo but fantastic access to train station, Ueno Park and Asakusa. The hotel and rooms were spotless and comfortable, great shower! Was affordable to book two rooms so my son and I could have a bit of space from each other as needed- rooms are compact typical for Tokyo so this was particularly helpful that we could have separate rooms. Breakfast was also excellent and great to have a bar/restaurant to chill in. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, provided lots of little extras as needed for example an umbrella on a rainy day etc. Laundry facilities were cheap and efficient.

We spent 9 days at the hotel after staying 8 days in Tamachi. The cost was a little more but we desperately needed the room space for suitcases. It is so rare to find hotels in Tokyo with floorspace so we were so chuffed to have moved hotels. The roof terrace is also a really great bonus! The beds are traditional floor style so not the most comfy but we got used to it. The JR lines are only a 2 minute walk away which was so so so amazing! The metro was also nearby but we ended up using the JR 90% of the time or walking 20 minutes to Ueno to get the Shinkansen.

Such a cute place with wonderful staff in a family friendly neighborhood. We knew the room was small, but it worked for me and my 2 kids. One night we came back to the room with a bad smell in the bathroom (this can always happen). The next day housekeeping cleaned the drain and we were welcomed later that night with a cute Japanese sweet for the inconvenience, that was so sweet of them :) my bagage was forwarded to the next city and I was assisted by booking our bullet train tickets also. Would definitely come back here!

The hotel has good decor, is clean and relatively quiet. I thought the room (queen) was a good value and size for the price paid, especially considering Tokyo standards. The view of Tokyo Skytree was also nice. The staff was professional and pleasant. I like that there is laundry on-site, which was convenient and easy to use. I was a bit concerned about the fact that the hotel is in a known "love district" but as a solo traveler, the area always felt safe and it was quiet.

We enjoyed our 1-week stay at this hotel. It is a very nicely designed hotel and it felt new and clean. There room we booked was compact and tight but we were aware of that. The bed is on the floor level so it felt safe for our 2 year old. The hotel is very close to the metro station which is on the Yamanote-line, a handy line that takes you to many other interesting stations. It is also walking distance to Ueno, Yakanaka, etc.
